The San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce )〕 (SLO Chamber) is located in San Luis Obispo, California. As an independent non-profit corporation, the SLO Chamber is not affiliated with the government, including any other Chamber of Commerce. It currently serves the needs of a little more than 1,400 member businesses, organizations and individuals. The SLO Chamber has 15 employees, 21 voluntary, elected board members and hundreds of volunteers that all work together to help it succeed. ==Economic Vision Document== In January 2010, the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce developed a Vision Document for San Luis Obispo's Economic Future. The document was officially released at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner gala on Jan. 23, 2010. The SLO Chamber assembled a group of knowledgeable community leaders who demonstrate the ability to imagine a community better than it is today. The Economic Vision Task Force developed forward-looking strategies to ensure that San Luis Obispo will be poised to take advantage of coming economic opportunities.
